a little video for you guys & a short update

it actually has been relatively warm here the past couple weeks.. in the 40's and 50's... the sun has come out most days, so the weather has been pretty pleasant. winter's not over, so we're not getting our hopes up :) we'll probably see snow again soon. 

we started our German class last week, and it has been going well so far. we started in the 2nd level, so we have been trying to play a little catch up on some of the vocabulary and such that we haven't learned yet. but we've been able to keep up well, though by the 4th hour our brains start to get a little fuzzy. we appreciate all your prayers while we immerse ourselves in the language. 

please also pray, as we've been getting to know the students and build friendships.. there are students from Mexico, Spain, Turkey, Vietnam, Poland and New Zealand. most are really new to Germany and anxious to get to know people. a few have expressed interest in coming to our church and Michael's been able to hang out with some and share the Gospel as well. really, really cool.
